Q: How do I enter the Kimberly-Clark Room-A-Day Giveaway Sweepstakes?
A: Kimberly-Clark is making it super easy to enter. There are actually two ways you can enter our sweepstakes. You can enter online, right here on our web site, www.roomadaygiveaway.com, or you can simply mail in an Official Entry Form or a 3” x 5” card hand printed with your name, address, daytime & evening phone numbers, and date of birth to:

Q: How many times per day can I enter the sweepstakes?
A: Everyone should have an equal chance of winning so entries are limited to once per day, regardless of your method of entry.

Q: What happens if I enter the sweepstakes more than one time per day?
A: If you entered the sweepstakes online, the system will automatically recognize your first daily entry and won’t allow you to submit another online entry on that day. If you entered by mail, entries are checked against all other entries, whether submitted online or by mail, that were received that same day and any duplicate entries are disqualified.

Q: How are sweepstakes winners chosen?
A: Winners will be chosen at random (regardless of how you entered), from all eligible entries received as of the day of each drawing. If your entry wasn’t selected in a drawing, it will be put back into the pool of entries for the next drawing! That means you still have a chance to win!

Q: How do I know if I may have won a sweepstakes prize?
A: If your entry is selected, you will receive a call at the phone number provided on your entry form on or around the date your entry is selected!

Q: Will I need to sign any legal documents to have my name announced on The View?
A: Yes. You will need to sign a release that permits the announcement of your name on The View and on the web site. You will need to sign and return this release quickly; the release will need to be received within four (5) days of the date you received it.

Q: What if I don’t return this release by the required deadline?
A: If a signed release is not received from you within five (5) days of the date you received it, you will be disqualified as a potential winner and another entry will be selected.

Q: What if I don’t want my name to be announced on The View and/or the web site?
A: Being able to announce your name is a condition of participation in this sweepstakes. If you do not provide written permission to announce your name, you will be disqualified as a potential winner and another entry will be selected.

Q: If I am a sweepstakes winner, will I need to sign any legal documents before I can receive my prize?
A: Yes. You will also need to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release. This is a different document than the release you will be asked to sign in order to announce your name. This document does not need to be returned as quickly though; you will have fourteen (14) days from the date you received it to sign it, have it notarized and return it.

Q: What if I don’t return my Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release by the required deadline?
A: If your signed Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release is not received within fourteen (14) days of the date you received it, you will be disqualified as a potential sweepstakes winner and another entry will be selected.

Q: When will sweepstakes winners be announced on The View and/or the web site?
A: Sweepstakes winners are scheduled to be announced on The View and on the web site according to the following schedule:

A: At the top, you will see a “winners’ list” link. In order for you to not miss out on this list, the link shows up at the top of every page, throughout the entire web site!

Q: How do I play the Kimberly-Clark Brand Match Instant Win game?
A: Each time you submit an entry into the sweepstakes, you will have the opportunity to play the Kimberly-Clark Brand Match Instant Win game. Just match the Kimberly–Clark brands to one another and when you are done, click to see if you have instantly won a prize.

Q: Do I have to match the Kimberly-Clark brands to see if I have instantly won a prize?
A: You must play the game in order to see if you have won a prize however the number of moves or performance in the game will not affect your chances of winning a prize.

Q: How many times per day can I play the Kimberly-Clark Brand Match Instant Win game?
A: You may play the “match the brands” portion of game as often as you like; however, your opportunity for a chance to instantly win a prize will be limited to one (1) chance per person and/or e-mail address, per day.

Q: If I win the Kimberly-Clark Brand Match Instant Win game, will I need to sign any legal documents in order to receive my prize?
A: No. You won’t need to sign any legal documents in order to receive an instant win prize. Your prize will be automatically mailed to the address you provided when you registered for the sweepstakes and should arrive within 10 to 12 weeks.

Q: I’m a member of the U.S. Military. Can I participate in the sweepstakes and the instant win game?
A: If you are a legal resident of the United States and have a home address located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, you are eligible to participate in both the sweepstakes and the game!
